Organic baking mix for gluten free rice bread

Ingredients: Wholemeal rice flour* (50%), corn flour*, wholemeal millet flour*, thickener: guar gum*, sea salt, quinoa sourdough powder* (quinoa flour*, rice flour*, starter cultures), thickener: xanthan gum
*certifed organic

Basic recipe: Mix the content of one package with a packet of dried yeast (about 7 to 9 g). Add 450 ml of lukewarm water and 4 tablespoons of oil or melted margarine. Mix well with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes.

 BAKING MIX SEED BREAD {organic}

Organic baking mix for gluten free rice bread with seeds

Ingredients: Whole meal rice flour*, corn flour*, sunflower seeds* 8%, linseed* 8%, whole meal millet flour*, buckwheat sourdough powder* (buckwheat flour*, quinoa flour*, starter cultures), whole meal teff flour*, thickener: guar gum*, sea salt

Basic recipe: Mix the content of one package with a packet of dried yeast (about 7 to 9 g). Add 450 ml of lukewarm water and 3 tablespoons of oil or melted margarine. Mix well with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes. The, put it into a greased loaf tin and smooth down with a wet spatula. Pre-heat the oven at 225° C. Let the bread rest at a warm place for 30 minutes. Just before baking, put a dish of boiling water into the bottom of the oven. Bake the bread for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200° C and bake for another 40 to 50 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before unmolding it from the tin. Also suitable for a bread machine.

Whole grain baking mix for gluten free chocolate brownies

Ingredients: Whole rice flour* (37%), raw cane sugar*, dark chocolate leaves* (raw cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), cocoa powder*, whole meal millet flour* (4%), thickener: carob flour*, bourbon vanilla, sea salt

May contain traces of milk protein.

Basic recipe: Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Stir 200 g of soft butter until it becomes fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 125 ml of milk and stir slowly. Fold in the brownie mix into a greased baking tin (about 20 x 20 cm) and smooth until even. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes on the middle rack. Let it cool down in the baking tin. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
